April seasonal products
1. Radish
Look for radishes that are firm and feel heavy for their size. If served with a leafy top, even better because you can eat it too. Try making our fresh radish salad, the perfect appetizer for Easter, topped with crunchy pangrattato. Can be served with bread for spooning, or as part of a larger charcuterie spread.
Tip
Try adding halved radishes to stir-fries. This will take about 3-5 minutes, so add the radishes towards the end of cooking. Goes well with pork and black bean sauce. Visit our horseradish recipes for more ideas.
2. Rocket
This spicy leaf is easy to grow and very versatile. You can cook it like spinach in quiches or frittatas, make a salad, or turn it into pesto and add to lots of homemade pasta or pizza.
How to grow a rocket
“Sow the seeds in a pot or in the ground, cover them with a thin layer of soil, and water them well. In a few weeks you will be able to cut off the leaves. The leaves will grow back about three or four times as much. Keep watering and cutting off the flowering stems. The flowers and seeds are edible. Miranda Janatka, BBC Gardener’s World Magazine
3. Edible flowers
If you are picking, not all flowers are edible and some can be very poisonous. Check the RHS website and if in doubt, leave. If buying flowers, make sure they are unsprayed (organic) and chemical free, or choose packets of edible flowers available online or in major supermarkets. They add a great finishing touch to many dishes, but you should add them at the last minute because they wilt quickly. Alternatively, try crystalizing it for a more stable decoration.

How to crystallize flowers
Holding the flower or petal with tweezers, use a small brush to paint both sides with lightly beaten egg white. Spoon in the caster sugar and shake off any excess. Leave to dry for 3 hours or overnight. Will last up to four weeks.
Try our purple creme, topped with roses and crystallized violets, or these delicate floral shortbread biscuits.
4. Round lettuce
With its crunch and subtle sweetness, round lettuce pairs well with bitter cousins like little gems or endive in salads, dressed with mustard vinaigrette. Many lettuces cook well too, so on a cold day try this light and flavorful soup.
How to make mustard sauce
Whisk 2 tsp Dijon mustard with 3 tsp red wine vinegar. Season, then slowly add 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, stir continuously until the mixture is thick and smooth. Stir in 4-5 chopped spring onions, then garnish your salad.
Try gochujang pork belly lettuce wraps or these sticky pork lettuce wraps for another delicious way to enjoy this type of lettuce.
5. rhubarb
Botanically, rhubarb is a vegetable (related to sorrel and dock) but its thick, fleshy stems are treated as fruit, despite their sour taste. Rhubarb grows in two plants. Forced rhubarb arrives early in the year and grows in the dark, providing the milder, milder flavor of the two.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
