We now know the importance of a healthy gut microbiome for many aspects of our health, from supporting digestion to helping regulate immune function. The good news is that maintaining a healthy gut is largely within our control and often depends on intentional and consistent food choices.
Fiber is your best friend when it comes to gut health, and the amount you eat and the variety of sources you include are important. Plenty of fiber helps keep digestion running smoothly, while a variety of plant foods nourish the many types of beneficial bacteria that live in your gut. Fermented foods and probiotics, such as yogurt, miso, and kimchi, also play an important role in introducing more healthy bacteria, making them valuable additions to the daily diet.
This meal plan brings those principles together in seven easy recipes. Whole grains, beans, and nuts provide plenty of fiber, while vegetables, herbs, and spices help build plant diversity. Fermented ingredients like miso and kimchi are woven in naturally, adding intense flavors and beneficial microbes.
There’s plenty of variety to keep mealtimes interesting throughout the week. Pumpkin traybake with chickpeas and kale earns more than eight plant points, while an easy one-pot dinner combines harissa chicken with fiber-rich bulgur wheat. Asian-inspired noodle bowls swap traditional rice noodles for soba, while our miso-glazed salmon and kimchi fried rice combine fermented ingredients with a colorful mix of vegetables.
The plan also includes practical options to make busy nights easier. Tomato and lentil soup is ideal for cooking in large quantities, with leftovers easily frozen for a quick midweek lunch, while recipes like the noodle bowl can easily be split between two people.
Designed to be balanced and accessible, these recipes show how small changes to your diet can help support your gut microbiome while still providing great taste. Enjoy!

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
